Welcome to Princely Community Management (PCM). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

   PCM provides:

   • Web3 community management
   • Moderation (Telegram & Discord)
   • Content creation
   • Shilling/chat engagement
   • Graphic design
   • Social media marketing

   We serve Web3 projects, NFT communities, AI project communities, and DeFi projects.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

   • Clients must pay 50% upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon job completion.
   • For renewals, clients must pay 100% upfront.
   • No refunds are offered. However, if a client is dissatisfied after paying the initial 50%, they are not required to pay the remaining balance.

3. Revisions & Disputes

   • PCM offers a revision policy where client-specific goals are discussed for improvement.
   • Disputes are handled through direct negotiation between PCM and the client.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

   PCM does not provide any guarantees or warranties for its services.

5. Privacy Policy

   • PCM collects client information, including project names and email addresses.
   • This information is used only for communication and is not shared with third parties.

6. Prohibited Activities

   PCM does not promote:

   • Scam projects
   • Illegal projects

7. Termination of Services

   PCM reserves the right to terminate services if:

   • The client fails to make payment.
   • The client makes unethical requests.
   • The project is found to be a scam.

8. Updates to These Terms

   PCM may update these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted on our website.

   By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
